Galaxy FI-64i - Folder Inserter Machine

This FI-64i is one of Galaxy's mid-level envelope stuffing machines. It is available with a choice of four configurations to cover all your mail management applications - 1 station, 1.5 station, 2 station and 2.5 station (with or without OMR). The number of stations determines how many full (A4) or half (cards, envelopes etc.) inserts that can be folded, collated and inserted into an envelope. Different sizes can also be inserted from A4, A5 down to 90mm permitting other sized sheets to be inserted and folded prior to automatic envelope sealing. It has the option to fold single, letter, zigzag, double parallel and no fold and has 15 stored jobs that can be preset or automatically set up. Additionally, booklets, 'return to sender' envelopes or coms slips can be inserted into an envelope. There are two envelope sizes which are compatible with this machine - DL and C5 - and it will insert around 2200 per hr with an average usage rating up to 30-40,000 envelopes per month.
