Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Free UK Next Day Delivery:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are eligible for free UK next working day delivery.
- Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and courier service availability.
Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do not currently offer weekend or same-day delivery services.
Made to Order Items:
Some folder inserters are made to order, resulting in longer processing times. loan machines are offered. Customers will be notified at the time of purchase if the item is made to order. Estimated delivery times for made-to-order items will be provided upon order confirmation.
In cases where folder inserters are made to order, a loan machine may be offered to the customer until the ordered machine is produced. The loan machine will be provided free of charge for the duration of the production period. Customers are responsible for the loan machine in its original condition upon receipt of the ordered machine.
International orders:
International orders, when you place an order the shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination delivery address that you enter. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
International Tax and Duties orders:
- Tax and Duty Responsibility: All international orders are subject to applicable taxes and duties imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional fees levied upon importation.
- Estimation of Taxes and Duties: Please note that we are unable to provide precise estimates for taxes and duties, as these charges vary based on the destination country's regulations and the total value of the shipment. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for specific information regarding import taxes and duties.
- Customs Clearance: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all customs regulations and to provide accurate information required for customs clearance. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or seizure of the shipment by customs authorities.
- Invoice Declaration: We will declare the full value of the merchandise on the commercial invoice accompanying the shipment. We do not mark items as gifts or understate their value to evade customs duties or taxes.
- Payment of Taxes and Duties: Upon delivery, the courier service handling the shipment may collect taxes and duties directly from the customer before releasing the package. Customers are advised to be prepared to pay these charges promptly to avoid delays or return of the shipment.
- Refusal of Delivery: In the event that a customer refuses to pay the applicable taxes and duties or refuses delivery of the package for any reason, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
- No Liability for Customs Issues: We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from customs clearance procedures or refusal of entry by customs authorities. Customers assume all risks associated with international shipping, including but not limited to customs-related issues.
- Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions regarding taxes and duties for international orders may be updated or modified periodically without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest version of these terms before placing an order.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of your package being received back at our warehouse. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
